We're turning our 'HOT GIRL SUMMER' up a notch with this 5 day BEACH BUM Series! We created this challenge to help build your confidence and have you feel your most 'hot girl' self in your tiniest kini this summer!

DEETS
Sculpt your legs and lift your bum with this five day quickie series! The idea with these quickies (each class is 10 min or less!) is to add them to your daily workout for maximum results!

Optional Equipment
Each workout can be done with or without props.
