My love for all things fitness finally led me to pursue my dream of teaching my own style. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a fitness instructor. Along my journey, I've learned that my body responds best to variety & balance, and it thrives off of the unknown. When I keep my body guessing on what I'm going to do next, I notice my strength, coordination, and endurance increase. My body craves the excitement of a new routine.
