I am a New Orleans born and raised Mama of two wild little boys now living in Bozeman, Montana. My passion for wellness, movement, and social impact has led me to be the Director of a Corporate Health Consulting company, Healthy Is Wellness, where I live my mission to empower individuals to be the healthiest versions of themselves which I believe transforms lives, families, and communities. I am a lifelong athlete, having spent many years in elite level track as well as many years as a coach and trainer. I like to live my life outdoors hiking, skiing, running, and riding horses with my boys.
