Begin your day in a positive way with our Sunrise Ocean Meditation for Stress Relief
Find a comfortable position - sitting upright or laying down
Gently close your eyes and bring your awareness to the breath.
Making each breath slower and deeper
Take in a cleansing breath and exhale any negative thoughts you may be holding on to.
Breathing in positive energy and exhaling the negative
Breathe in deeply and become fully present in the moment
Make the length of each exhale and each inhale match
Notice the quality of your breath - shallow or deep
As you continue breathing, notice what thoughts come to mind
Visualize these thoughts like specs floating away in the ocean
Continue to visualize the ocean. What is the water like? Are there waves or is the ocean still? What color is the water? Are there any smells that stand out?
Take a moment to notice what this place feels like.
Feel more grounded with each exhale
Each inhale brings you love and light
Feel the release of stress and tension with each exhale
Observe your body
When you feel at peace, take one more deep breath and let it out gently through your mouth. Then allow your eyes to open.
