Hey Streamers!
So before you go checking your volume.. or think maybe your speaker is broken... I had audio issues with this quickie core series so let's make it a follow along! Modifications:
Plank - come down to your forearms OR drop down to your knees! Whichever version you take make sure you focus on drawing your tummy in!
Bicycle Crunch Series - always the option to keep your feet planted on the ground and just go through the movements with your upper body! When crossing over for your "bicycle" make sure one elbow presses down into the ground and you'll feel the oblique tone right away!
