HERE'S HOW IT WORKS!
1. FOLLOW OUR WEDDING WORKOUT PLAN CALENDAR AND STICK TO IT FOR YOUR BEST RESULTS!
2. WE TARGET A NEW MUSCLE GROUP 6 DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK! WE INCLUDE A RECOVERY DAY ON THE 3RD DAY OF EVERY WEEK WHERE YOU'LL "WEDDING DRESS PRESS & STRETCH" (I.E. STRETCH WITH OPTIONAL ARMS).
3. DO EACH VIDEO ONCE THROUGH AND CHECK IT OFF ON OUR COLOR CODED CALENDAR AS YOU GO!
