I've strategically placed my all time favorite workout videos together to help you achieve your goals in just 28 days! Our workouts include my signature SCULPT, Dance Cardio, Yogalates and many many more!
Here's how it works!
1. Follow our Wedding Workout Plan Calendar and STICK TO IT for your best results!
2. We target a new muscle group 6 days out of the week! We include a recovery day on the 3rd day of every week where you'll "Wedding Dress Press & Stretch" (i.e. stretch with optional arms).
3. Do each video once through and check it off on our color coded calendar as you go!
